The Role of Emotion in Information Security Research: New Insights and Opportunities

Ø  内容简介：减轻来自于员工的内部威胁是信息系统安全管理的重要议题之一，情绪在其中的作用受到越来越多的关注。本报告对信息系统安全管理中情绪的相关研究成果、未来研究方向等进行了介绍，并分享报告人最新的相关研究成果。在报告者的研究中，两种负面情绪，愤怒或害怕，被证明对员工的计算机使用偏离行为产生相反作用（愤怒会增加员工的计算机使用偏离行为；而害怕会降低这种行为），这种作用，包括直接作用以及通过正式/非正式制裁所产生的间接作用。

罗欣 (Xin “Robert” Luo)，博士，美国新墨西哥大学安德森彩票在线购买 校董事会荣誉教授、管理信息系统和信息安全保障的终身教授。国际期刊International Journal of Accounting and Information Management主编；MIS Quarterly的客座副编辑；Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research及全球信息系统最高学术年会ICIS副编辑。

主要研究兴趣为信息系统安全管理，电子商务/移动商务，创新性技术用于战略决策和开发（云计算，绿色信息系统，社会网络），跨文化信息技术管理。已在国际学术期刊、书籍和会议录上出版超过90篇科研报告，包括在国际顶级或著名的期刊发表，如Computers & Security, Communications of the ACM, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Information＆ Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems。其中他在Decision Support Systems和Journal of Strategic Information Systems三篇文章被列为至2010年以来被引用率最高的科研成果(most cited articles)。

罗欣博士在近年多次担任大型和国际学术会议的学术指导、学术编委及主席。2009年至今被美国Marquis选入“全球名人录”(Who is Who in the World)。
